1. Select your repairs from our list of services

2. Complete checkout 

3. Package your device securely - Remember when shipping your device to us, even if the screen is broken to package it very securely - Better Fix Inc is not responsible for damage or repairs resulting from inadequate packaging or shipping. We recommend 2-3 layers of bubble wrap or a similar material and a snug box. 

4. The day we receive your device, your device will be repaired and shipped out the next day via 2 priority shipping - For faster shipping please add our shipping upgrades to your order!

5. Enjoy your like new device as soon as it arrives

        Our warranty covers any defects in components or workmanship we installed or provided for 6 months starting from when your device is received by you. 

Damage of any kind is excluded and proximate damage, modifications, or third party service will void your 6 month warranty. See our FAQs page for definitions.
